As with all types of physical exercise, it is a good idea to seek the opinion of your medical professionals before beginning this type of exercise. But for the average person who has not had any medical conditions specific to the musculature of the pelvic floor this should be a safe and pain free workout.

How-To's, about vaginal weightlifting, and getting started with Victory Weights
Q2. What benefits are there to vaginal weightlifting?
There are so many! Our favorite is its ability to decrease or even stop the symptoms of urinary incontinence (UI) for people who are struggling with accidental leaks. This is of particular concern to women who have given birth. The physical trauma of giving birth can cause stress urinary incontinence, which means that physical activities like laughing, sneezing, running, or jumping can cause urine leaks. Weak pelvic floor muscles are the most common cause of Stress UI. The "loving better" part of our motto comes from the most commonly known benefits; vaginal weightlifting increases vaginal tightness and wetness, which both are beneficial for sexual enjoyment! The ability to "squeeze" is controlled by the pelvic floor muscles, and increased circulation (caused by muscle growth) aids the body in producing vaginal lubrication. Many women also report faster production of the clear slippery lubricant that is created a high levels of arousal, more readily-occurring and more intense orgasms, and a new or heightened ability to ejaculate (also known as squirting).
Other benefits include: helping with the ease of childbirth, speeding recovery after childbirth, easing of menstrual cramps, and the benefits of the mental clarity and peace that come with doing these exercises.
Q3. How frequently should I work out?
The beauty of vaginal weightlifting is that you are able to do what works for you! You can work out as frequently as you'd like, but you can get do an excellent workout in a matter of 5 to 10 minutes. Doing several short sessions of workouts per day can be really beneficial for quick progress, and a reduction in the frequency of those workouts to 3 to 5 days a week for maintenance is the general routine that people fall into as they progress.
Q4. What all do I need to get started with the Victory Weights system?
You need an egg, cord, a staff or chain, and weight plates.
EGG:
You absolutely need an egg! The most important part is probably the egg--without it, you have no way to connect the weights to the body. If you already have an egg (jade eggs, yoni eggs, kegel eggs, etc) that has a hole drilled in it, then you can use that egg with your system, or purchase one of ours from the shop!
CORD:
Again, also important! The cord forms a loop that goes through the egg and comes out of the vagina to connect the weight to. We sell cord in our shop, but worst case scenario you can find cotton string. Make sure that you tie the right knot!
STAFF OR CHAIN:
This is the part that holds it all together! The important part of our system is that it is adjustable during the workout. Technically you absolutely could just tie the weights to the egg. The whole reason that Victory Weights was started was because that leaves zero room for adjustability during the workout. to change weights means cutting your cord and re-tying a different weight. Which takes a few minutes, but interrupts the flow of a workout.
WEIGHT PLATES:
These are where the progress comes in! You could ultimately use whatever you'd like as a weight (a world-famous vaginal weightlifter named Kim Anami has a hashtag, #thingsIliftwithmyvagina chronicling her lifting adventures), but it just gets tricky to hang certain things. Our plates make that part of the process easy and straightforward! It also makes it easier to address the needs of women who lift heavier weights--it is easy to find things that way a couple of ounces or even a pound, but our system takes the hassle out of lifting heavier adjustable weight loads with ease.
Shipping
Q1. Where do items ship from?
Q2.How long will it take me to recieve my items?
We ship using flat rate priority USPS boxes. Typically your purchase is shipped out within 5-7 days of your order being received. Shipping from there tends to take 2-3 days.
Q3. What if I'm an international order?
For ease of calculation, the standard international shipping is a flat rate of $30, which tends to be about the average cost of an international USPS order. We use USPS priority international flat rate boxes. It is unfortunate that the rates are this high, but please know our objective is not to make money on international shipping costs. If you would like to arrange for your order to be sent via a different carrier, particularly DHL, please email victoryweights@gmail.com with your item list and quantity of each item to have the additional shipping costs added to your order, or to arrange payment via paypal or cashapp.
